Shipping policy


Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During new drops, restocks, or high order volume, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship within the United States only at this time, with international shipping available.

PRE ORDERS

Due to first drop being pre-orders, production will take 8-10 days depending on demand, shipping will take 3-4 weeks. 'JOHN 15:4' Collection will not officially be released until May 5th, therefore ever customers order will not be shipped until that date.

 

  • United States (USPS): 3–7 business days after processing

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days after processing (delivery times may vary due to customs and local postal services)

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders $190 and over (U.S. orders only). This is automatically applied at checkout when the threshold is met.

Pre-Orders / Drops
Our first drop is currently available as a pre-order release. Please allow additional time for production before your order ships. Estimated shipping dates will be listed on the product page and/or communicated via email updates.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country. These charges are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to our support team for assistance.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
