Refund policy
Items marked as PRE-ORDER are not currently in stock and are made available for purchase before production or restock is completed.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated processing and shipping timeline listed on the product page.
Please note that all shipping dates are estimated and may be subject to delays due to manufacturing, carrier, or supply chain issues.
Cancellation Requests
Customers may request to cancel a pre-order before the item has shipped by contacting us at wecanbe.obsession@gmail.com
Once the item has shipped, the order will fall under our standard return policy.
Returns & Exchanges
The return window for pre-order items begins on the date the order is delivered, not the date the order was placed.
Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with tags and original packaging within 10 days of delivery.
Disputes & Chargebacks
We are committed to resolving any order concerns quickly and fairly.
If you experience any issue with your order, including shipping delays, damaged items, missing items, or questions regarding pre-orders, please contact our support team at support@obsessionco.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank.
By placing an order with us, you agree to first provide us with a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue directly.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may delay the resolution process.
We reserve the right to submit all relevant order documentation, including order confirmations, tracking information, delivery confirmations, policy acknowledgments, and customer communications, in response to any payment dispute.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
